Serious Want Lists Welcomed!
Payment by PayPal, Money Order,
Personal Check (must clear), cash, MasterCard or VISA accepted. DISCOUNTS: I offer discounts to reciprocating dealers and
discounts for cash payments on volume
retail orders. Some discount is possible with PayPal and MC/VISA volume orders,
but will not be the same as a discount for cash, personal check, bank draft,
etc. due to the fees involved. Satisfaction is a MUST! I
offer a 7-day return for any reason! POSTAGE AND
INSURANCE (Actual
costs may vary due to size, weight, etc. of unusual packages) Insured 1st Class: total under $100 value=$4.00, $100-500 value=$3.00
+ $1.00 per $100 full value. 2-7 days. Insured Priority Mail – My Preferred
Method especially for slabs, cased
material (up to 16 oz.): Examples: Value Cost $ 50 $ 6.50 100 7.00 200 8.00 300 9.50 400 10.50 500 11.50 600 12.50 700 13.50 800 14.50 900 15.00 1000 16.00 1100 17.00 1200 18.00 1300 19.00 1400 20.00 1500 21.00 Maximum Insurance $5000. Over
about $1500, Registered becomes more economical, but slower. Registered Priority: Examples (up to 16 oz.): Value:
$1000, cost $17.50 Value:
$10,000, cost $23.00 Media Mail: For books, documents. This is slower, depends on
weight, but costs less than 1st Class, and can be insured. Usually
5-10 days. NON-U.S. ADDRESSES (SHIPMENTS
ARE ALWAYS AT BUYER’S RISK!*) The
USPS changed much of the international service last year, raising some rates
and re-naming many of the services. The rates now also depend on the dimensions
of the package or box. The best way to
determine postage costs is to pick a method from below and let me check the
weight and dimensions of the package for a cost. There
is no real insurance for international
shipment of coins or other items of direct
monetary value. Insuring coins is nearly useless, and Registration often
provides no help after it leaves the Customs forms are required for all packages. What the forms say is negotiable. 1st Class International: This method can also be Registered,
but has no delivery time estimate. Example: padded envelope 4 oz. $3.75; Registered $14.50. Priority Mail International (My
Preferred Method): 6-10 days (not
available to all countries). Example: Priority Box (up to 16 oz.) $20.00; with
insurance (up to $650) $30.00. FedEx: 2-3 days at most. Available to most
countries. For bulky orders. Expensive,
but quick and relatively dependable. A typical cost will be in the
$75-125 range. * I will package your order extremely
well and send it however you specify. If you do not receive it, and tracking (if
any) shows that it left the
I will be happy to send scans or photos of one or two coins upon email request.
